A: All of the cards are in 100% Mint Condition unless otherwise stated. Also, all Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic the Gathering, and World of Warcraft cards are in unplayed condition and tournament legal. Q: How will my cards be protected during shipping? A: All cards are shipped in a soft sleeve which is then inserted into a top loader. They are also shipped in either a bubble envelope or in a box depending on the order size. Q: What are your shipping services and rates? A: We offer three types of services: Shipping / Handling Rates
Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: All orders over $50.00 qualify for free Standard shipping. Q: How do you ship your packages? A: We only ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) by either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Q: How often do you ship? A: We ship all orders Monday thru Friday. All weekend and holiday orders will be shipped the next business day. Q: What does the shipping price include? A: Our shipping prices are for shipping and handling, insurance, and Delivery Confirmation. Q: What countries do you ship to? A: We only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Q: Do you ship to APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) boxes? A: No, we do not ship to APO or FPO boxes. Q: Do you charge sales tax? If so, for residents of which states? A: We charge sales tax for West Virginia (6%) and Ohio (7%). Q: Is there a toll free number to contact you? A: As of right now we do not have a business phone. However, questions can be submitted via email at legendarygaming@comcast.net. Q: What kind of payments do you accept? A: We currently only accept PayPal payments. To apply for a PayPal account, please visit www.paypal.com. Q: Why do you only accept PayPal payments? A: We do it for our customers’ safety. Since PayPal is an independent site and is not connected to our site, there is no chance that your credit card numbers would get stolen in the event of an attack on our website. We only collect personal information to know where to ship your merchandise and to send emails. Q: Do you offer a return policy? A: Yes we offer a return policy. It is stated below: If there is a problem with your order, you must return it to us within 5 days of receiving it in the same condition in which you received it. You must pay for the return shipping and insurance. There will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refunded. Only the purchase price less the restocking fee and shipping will be refunded. Example: You buy $35.00 worth of merchandise and pay $8.99 for shipping. The total order would be $ 43.99. If your return qualifies, you would receive a $29.75 credit (less $5.25 restocking fee, and $8.99 shipping). Q: Do you match prices (other websites or Beckett Price Guides)? A: We do not match prices from other websites. As for Beckett, it is a Price Guide. Nothing in the magazine is set in stone. The hobby & sports card market is always fluctuating, and our prices reflect current market values for each card.
